NV, 1 and 2 are all about how your character interacts with other characters, the enviroment and the choices you make- even 3 to some degree has the form of "do you nuke this entire tiny town for fun" or "do you poison literally all the water on the east coast to preform a selective genocide, or cure it making cleansed water"

as major options and main focuses of your game

but 3 struggles a lot in many ways

and was def. the start of the turn of bethesda away from traditinal character and quest focused

to more skyrim like

The ghouls kill every friendly npc

obvliion also proliferated that to some degree but even oblviion has many choices and character interactions

but it definitely fails in many many ways

more so than fo3 imo

most generic survivor they could have added
