You can remove things from your liberary
you can literally delete your liscence to the game
so its actually better to buy the pack and just delete various daylife
which is hilarious
various daylife is that bad, not octopath 2
idk about octopath 2

Polu, I found an interesting fact about the Bible
3-4% of people cheat on achivements, so that's the margin of error
but while 21% of people fully read a Protenstant bible (old/new) only 7% do a Catholic one

lol I saw that too! Looked at the reviews and just laughed
do wish octo2 was cheaper tho... having played the first the second just seems like more game, which is good, but not $40 on sale good
I want Octopath 1 on Steam, so I'd be willing to pay more for a 1+2 combo pack
but I'm not apying $40 just for 2
or even a Triangle Strategy + octo 2 pack
love the trend of obvious prototype names
apparently triangle has too many cutscenes
reviews are full of complaints
uh, have you seen the other squenix game series they fucked up
the card ones
Save 56% on Voice of Cards Trilogy on Steam
store.steampowered.com
they made a really cool game,
but then broke it into 3, $40 parts
huh
I mean most card games are scams
but wow
it's not a real card game
it'suh, an aethetic
Voice of Cards: The Isle Dragon Roars

store.steampowered.comok well card aethetics are cool... when you get to hold them
video game cards never floated my boat
sounds like hand of fate
which I did want to play for a while
maybe I'm misremembering this game, the screenshots make it look like a card game
but the part I remember was "walking" around the overworld with cards everywhere
I too would play octopath 2 if it was either cheaper, or bundled with octo 1 (and still cheaper)
I really like that merchant guy!
the games are >80 in Canada
I like the merchant in octopath 1, she was my starting character
she has a great theme too
yeah
I picked edgelord theif
I heard there's a furry in 2
octo 2 demo has an even edgier thief
There is a furry in 2
her music is good
thats all I know about 2
I never fully beat all 8 stories in the original, but I was happy with beating my main 4
Fun fact: one and only one of the octo1 final bosses is voice acted
If I fully remember, I did the merchant, the apothacary, the scholar, and the sex slave dancer girl
I feel like everyone did scholar and merchant
dancer girl was so refreshing tbh. No one got to tell her revenge is bad or whatever
octopath1 did some cool background stuff with the story tbh. It wasn't masterful and individual characters never really talked with eachother but Redeye has super neato boss lore
now that I think about it, octopath might be essentially the only more traditional JRPG I've actually played to competion (in a sense since I only did 4/8 stories)
Honestly RPGs exhaust me
I love them
but once I have 8 quests in a log my brain turns off
and I just do the main story
not that octo had that problem for me. All pretty cut and dry goals
trust me I'll get that family heirloom bow back to the owner of Chillfurrow farm... eventually
The last "classic" jrpg that I played and didn't enjoy was Trials of Mana
yes, it's a remake of the original
but I was hoping it wouldn't feel so absolutely straightforward
I know FF16 is divisive right now, people some people WANT the very generic by-the-numbers design, but I like that most of the major JP series are trying to experiment outside of that forumla now
I think we need the truest return to form, no more complex storytelling let me live in the hi-fi rush universe where every problem is obvious and we kill the bad people with a guitar
no moral qualms. Just vibes
i'm in the process of playing a pretty good rpg
a little high brow though
