i don't think its meant to be used in the lead
so in a hypothetical world you get two on bench and a main card, play surge which moves all bench energy to main mon, then you kill

electris is probably my strongest deck but that's because I have a of coin flip cards that deal lots of damage
Replying to legorhin #jazardly charizard ex deck was somehow easier to beat with grass even though i had nothing that wasn't weak
fire into the water deck wasn't that bad either
would have been trivial with moltres ex though
the trick for me was having Arcanine EX
I just realized that the deck I built specifically to beat that challenge was identical to my already existing fire deck
pikachu EX deck slain by landing 3 seaking hits in a row and no EXes being played
100%ed solo mode now
Do you think the game would be more fun with a No EX mode? I think it would be I fucking hate mewtwo and pika EX cards

i got Ducklett and Swanna today so I updated it to have a better burst attack
Geez thats a lot of utility items
you don't want many pokemon in your deck
every deck you run should at least have two oaks and two pokeballs
and then healing and other element specific utility

I have multiple strong no-ex decks so I hope Dane's idea gets added
you get the same amount of experience in the higher difficulty so there is no reason to pick it

I just ran into a koga weezing deck
that deck is obnoxious
seems like there's a hard cap on how many gifts you can receive in a day
5 shop tickets a day from likes.

sure its fun enough
if you do it you should try the technique that polar posted
but if you ever want to kill some time and enjoy card collecting i think its pretty good
the dumbed down version of the card game is nice in some ways, but the fact that you are only playing for 3 points means you can just get steamrolled if you draw poorly at the start with no chance of recovery
and most of the EX cards are degenerate
I think they need to drop more trainer/item/etc cards in the mix
The actual TCG game has hundreds of them with different effects
