I really like the changing of resolution in Railgun S. It makes you focus on the dramatic moments more.

the only part I did not like of it was that they introduced some random named characters for Railgun to fight. I wish we got some backstory into them before they were introduced.

So, not done the episode, but I guess I want to make my fan theory speculation. so dragon guy did not know who redeus was because he was not supposed to be there, since he was reincarnated in. Him being reincarnated in chaged what was supposed to happen in the world. The dragon god guy knows everything that was supposed to happen in the world I guess

There's a lot of monologuing in the novels, and it's well written

but it's the weakest part of the show, so I'm glad they've done almost none of it

I guess if they wanted to include it in the anime, they could have had him practising magic during one of the op montage sequences in a prior episode

tbh, I don't like when characters just have their internal voice take over
