the anime kinda sucked
it was fine, I gave it a 6, but remembered having issues with it
I remember the sister being the best character
This was way better than that "trapped in a room with a girl I hate" show from around that same time
agree with Pika though on it being pretty mid regardless
I try to watch vaguely one slop/seasonal romance show
because sometimes they are good
I guess my romance show for this season is technically smoking behind the supermarket
I just keep forgetting it is this season, because it preaired its first half
this season has a lot of romance shows
most are pretty good
Yeah, I considered picking up the kaiju one

What was the significance of the mural? I don't remember it honestly.
it's the world lore, it is completely meaningless to anyone looking at it
but they did a really good job with it
afaik that's the first time it's been modeled visually
I'm sure the original author provided them what it should look like and all, but there's a lot of detail put in
I only spoilered it at first because I thought it would be a Max-tier spoiler if you zoomed in and picked it apart (assuming you could tell wtf you were even looking at)

Didn't notice it was non-standard since for the first time I didn't pirate it and so wasn't constantly gazing at the timer.
I mostly remember thinking in this episode: Subaru: nobody cares about your dreams that give you amnesia. Stop running out the episode's clock and wake up
And I'm sure we'll get novel readers complaining about how the villain's monologue was cut from being 42 minutes long to 18 minutes long
Not that I know that anything was cut, but it is standard fare for Re:Zero book readers to complain about cut monologues, even when the entire point of these monologues is just to establish the fact that these characters talk too much, which the average person can understand that 20-percent of the way through the monologue.
