Ending of S2 is worse, I liked some of the character moments in the first half a lot though

Also, I don’t know if it’s just a normal Japanese trope, but Laplace’s Demon from Rozen Maiden and The Conductor from Ni no Kuni (Dominion of the Dark Djinn only) are sorta the same character. Mysterious anthropomorphic rabbit guys who know more than they let on and have special powers while they sorta guide the protagonist in riddles in accomplish their goals.
I only remember vaguely the opening of ni no kumi from watching vintagebeef play it (and I only watched the first bit of that)
