they planned a colleseum/festival, they discussed how the banker vampire clan is trying to fight them through commerce, they discussed who is going where and doing what
The episodes of shangrila so far have all felt like they ended within 5 minutes

yeah, it's a good remake, but it's missing some of the edge for sure
I don't even think it's just the nipple censorship either
the issue with Ranma, is it's such a fucking long series, back from an era where you could have filler episodes and people wouldn't click off
now though, I just think it's too meandering to get the sort of cult following the original had
yeah, I'm hopeful they tighten things up versus the original later on, but it's been good so far
I'd never rec someone go watch the 1989 version at this point, but so far I could see saying the new one is worth a watch
