there are shows with really dumb parts, like the Day I Became God, or the Detective is Dead
there are shows like the Klomback show, that I think are borderline, but are self-aware and play into it

It was bad, in a "it had an okay premise, did nothing with it, threw away the good part of the show (the character interactions), then rushed what probably should have been a 2 cour plot into 12 episodes" way
