saten is the objectively best character of the series, so it makes sense that they'd add her, and give her for free because no one should have to live without having saten by their side

One of my favourite jokes fire, is when accelerator meets her, he gets mad that the city did genetic manipulation to the teacher (they did not, she just looks that way)
