The movie is just half a season of the show
it's not any different format wise
Yeah, its just a high budget half season
thats a good way of putting it
I think they did a movie with the intention to then have it be setup for S3 of the show and S1 of the Megumin spin-off
I think wensday is my favourite day of airing anime
Despite it looking like ass because geek toys only animated with god awful CGI, Date alive amuses me
and my face hurts after watching konosuba
Season 4 and 5 by geek toys is essentially all CGI for any action scene
its not the best
least consistant show visually because of it being on its 4th studio in 5 seasons
I stand by season 1 and season 2 being really good
season 3 would be good but JC staff being the 3rd studio to take the show kinda fucked it at parts
I am happy it is getting a full adaptation though
I am 95% sure it just finishes this season

It is hard to square away that the same studio that does railgun did one punch man season 2, date a live season 3, and fucked season 3 of index
Although I do like their index S1 and S2
I like from them, danmachi, railgun, index (S1 and S2), Konosuba movie,
I have mixed feelings about shauna, tsukiheme was not the best, One punch man s2, date a live season 3, index season 3, all have issues

They are not the worst studio (that is MAPPA, and it is not even close), but they are a studio that I would be worried if I heared something I liked was getting a new season from them other than railgun
they need to release a new season of railgun (and index)
