none of those are my top shows from that season other than oshi no ko
I really liked kamikatsu (10/10 show) and the school shooter anime (Boku no Kokoro no Yabai Yatsu)
oh I REALLY liked Jigokuraku
I cared enough to log into MAL to rate it
it does the same thing I like Overlord for
explosions was fun but worse than konosuba
where it'll create a really interesting character (design, backstore, etc.) and then just kill them
I think it got pretty good once she got to watertown
first 5? episodes were hit or miss for me

I mean yeah, that is a reason to do it, they just did not establish that is what he was doing because the show is poorly written
