a streamer doing a charity stream, raising money for charity not promoting someone elses but saying thats what the cause will go to and being paid to do it while acting like you care so much about the issue when in reality you are only doing it because you got paid to do so is what xqc is talking about
iirc that falls under being illegal since you arent disclosing that you were paid by the charity
I think any streamer who does a charity stream should not be allowed to use said charity stream as an ego boost
otherwise they should be mocked
