say ur a company who wants to get the word out about your charity, you hire people to promote it, without the promoter you wouldnt get any traffic, and the promotor wont just do it for free or every event would be a charity event

iirc that falls under being illegal since you arent disclosing that you were paid by the charity
I think any streamer who does a charity stream should not be allowed to use said charity stream as an ego boost
