set hosting aside, containers should be everything
conatinerize fucking everything
it's more efficient than x64 resource management, which is your foot in the door
it's more stable, as a concept
and it's scalable
docker fails, because (docker) containers aren't built to work together
so you need to add complexity to each container
which defeats the purpose
I have fairly large team who is containerizing a handful of apps for me
it's neat to watch, but I sure as fuck wouldn't be doing it if it wasn't a meme right now
hell, cloud in general I have issues with
The future I want, as a consumer/hobbiest
is what I think the original vision for Dockerfiles were
known endpoints, which are standardized across the ecosystem
and can all be slotted together and managed
a MariaDB container, can scale as necessary with more workers being spun up/down as needed
and multiple other applications, with their respective containers, can all interface with each other
instead of the nightmare of configuration and fine-tuning that's needed now
it says something, that popular repos on Github, have multiple different groups making Docker versions of the app
I'm a history major, who moonlights as a pizza shop owner
fuck bitches and study hitler
my advice, don't take a holocaust history class Bio
they don't appreciate alternative view points
history girls are pretty wild
it's a mix of scene ravers, and uptight law-school wanabees
we were a D1 school, so sports players all had their own classes
we were a D1 school who wanted to compete though, for which you need the grade-A retard blacks
who need to pass their classes
can't top mine or Bios
