amazing
it feels like less of a waste of time if you are at least moving
even if fundamentally it is the same
Any drive longer than 20-30 minutes has to have some worthwhile purpose at the end
It's why people with long commutes, or those who drive an hour into the city for dinner
are nuts
(same reason I think you're nuts tbh Pika)

If I had a longer drive to work, I'd move, or find another job
I could move, but it is cheaper to live at home
When I was at school, if I wasn't within 15 minutes to everything walking/driving
