I stopped keeping cash at home, kind of figured it was a waste
I think it's also a scale thing
$20 has a different value to a middle schooler, high school, college, etc
That's my point though
Food has doubled in price around here since I was a kid
if not trippled
No, liberals just moved in around here
People who don't bat an eye, paying $20 for a cheeseburger
everything's such a scam
that's a rip off
That's my point
it was slow
and suddenly, that $5 burger is $10, then $15, now $20
everywhere thinks they're "classy" around here though
that's the problem
everything "rustic" or "authentic" or some other buzzword
which just means it's shitty
That was me in college
it was great
$5 would feed me for a day
shhhhh
don't let New York hear you
See, LA and DC aren't that different after all
I get 50-100 a year
(going back to the birthday amount thing)
Rusp, I HATE paying more than $10 for a sandwhich
any sandwich
I don't know of any place that sells sandwhiches for less than 10 because fuck the canadian dollar plus 13% sales tax
lmao
