I mean, the way I understand Flocker to work, is they have a staff who live in China and have access to a handful of major trade districts

and procure stuff locally there, ship it to distribution centers in the US

i think they may also do the printing themselves

so the play is to have major steamers, contract with you to negotiate custom merch

and then ship it over
