No the slow world one is actually superior

Imagine having every other turn to yourself

karp you might want to reconsider

Hasten world is far better in conjunction with Stillness

you can quickly build BP on free turns and buff your party without any risks

The only reason it could be safe to attack is if the ai decides to just spend more then what they have

Slow world guarantees a safe turn to attack every other turn

A few bosses actually use defend

When that happens I will just throw my points I have not been using to get the cap removing skill
