No the slow world one is actually superior

Imagine having every other turn to yourself

karp you might want to reconsider

Hasten world is far better in conjunction with Stillness

you can quickly build BP on free turns and buff your party without any risks

also, hasten world actually breaks boss scripting, and messes up their attack patterns

The only reason it could be safe to attack is if the ai decides to just spend more then what they have

Slow world guarantees a safe turn to attack every other turn

Ok not always but 90% of the time

A few bosses actually use defend
