not if you play in manga mode
you can cancel on the third hit of the spear
if a singular hit is seperated into 3, then cancel on the last of the hits
if the 2nd hit is seperated
just cancel on the hit before the 3rd true hit

i think the most recent area you've been to be safe
well just dont salvage in an area where you get level 60+ mobs
unless you want to get fucked
no where you first get on mor ardain
there's a salvage point there
yeah just up your dev level and just buy as much golds as you can
trades give you way more money than selling treasures individually
