with 2 piece special up, shield duration increased from 8 sec to 9.75 sec

but you can't test if it blocks more

those are also main attributes, think that makes a difference prob too

mains are 3 times the effectiveness of subs iirc

so essentially it's lookin like around .25sec/attribute

accounting for most likely more round numbers nintendo would use and timing errors

so that could be a 12.5 sec shield instead of base 8
