Dialga, did you see that screenshot
I want my pc to connect to the internet
He's mucked around with all his plug-n-play drivers
I saw it but I can't say i understood it
I'm assuming Karp, that you have a dedicated wireless card, and are trying to connect to wifi, not use your ethernet
Yeah
what happens when you run your Windows troubleshooter?
(right-click on the network icon in your taskbar, and select troubleshoot)
It says use the switch on the front or side of the computer, or function keys if avaiable, to enable wireless capability on this computer
Idk what that means
I don't see any switches
the answer is throwing the computer out the window. that fixes every problem permanently, even better than rebooting
I am twitch support
slather butter on your hard drive
it will fix it
also you need to charge your ram via microwaves, any standard microwave will work
replace your computer fans with a cold substance, like ice, ice cream, etc
Can you tell me what i should be looking for with this switch i need to find?
pika
it's your nintendo switch
those videos
are god tier
they always get taken down, the old ones anyways
i am back
hey karp
when you do that
there's a but that says "that didnt work"
Discord is so dang slow today
Why is that picture so bad
Holdup
So i don't think it's this because i can't seem to push it in

What?
Is this it?
Tel me
@taxes
When
windows says that
it means the one on the router, I'm 99% sure, but if your internet is working on other things
then its not that
I'm using the internet to talk to you
Yes
NotLikeThis
So then
What else could it be
I mean
I suggested stuff earlier
I don't have a "this didn't work" option
I meant earlier earlier
1. disable and re-enable internet devices
2. disable, restart and then re-enable
3. download update, disable, re-enable
4. "uninstall" it in device manager (it won't actually uninstall, or it shouldn't), then restart PC
One of those might work
To get the update, you'll need another PC or maybe a phone? That you can download the updated driver from, then transfer it to your PC, then install
I basically did all of that except number 2
Let me try 2 real quick
Then I have no idea.
Phijkchu tech support
A factory reset? Or maybe try making a linux live USB and see if internet works there
so we can see if it's a windows issue.
Linux live usb? I have never heard of that
Also i don't wanma lose all my precious memeories if i can avoid it
You install a linux distro onto a USB
then boot into linux from the USB
therefore not touching windoes
windows*
I don't have a usb anymore so rip
Hard drive?
like an external one
I mean a flash drive
That's all I got
Karp, is this a laptop or desktop?
Also, I'm back
Laptop I think he said
Welcome back
OK, there is a literal hardware switch on the side of your computer, is what Window's is telling oyu
And it's thinking you have it switched to off
If that's it I'm suprised
Something like this
I assumed he was talking about the default windows error issue where it tells you to hit a switch/button on your router
