He doesn't even play Mahjong well though. They mess up the cheat in an important hand, and have to play normally, which causes them to absolutely freak out, and then the MC wins from pure luck. He doesn't have any sort of strategy, just prays for luck and wins.
They essentially aren't playing Mahjong though. They're just brutally cheating to the point of pulling Yakuman out in every opening hand. Like, that's just not interesting in the slightest.
It's called Legendary Gambler Tetsuyo, and it's not actually very good, so I don't know why I'm still watching it.
I just really want a mahjong anime as good as Akagi.
The way to start this puzzle is to remember that two stars cannot be touching and you need two in each black grouping. This means that the "armpits" of the L shapes cannot have a star, as they would eliminate that entire black grouping.
