when you collect 4 evs on a pokemon

it is alos impossible t o give trainer pokemon EVs until sun and moon

it does not matter if a level 15 rarttata has 31 ivs

15 stat points is extrodinarily neligable

at 50, those 31 ivs instead give 15 ivs (meaning 30 and 31 are the same at 50)

for example, at level 100, 31 ivs gives 31 stat points (the avaerage pokemon having 200~ in stats)

Ahem ahem. IVs are barely important at all, especially under level 50, giving almost zero stats
