Ahem ahem. IVs are barely important at all, especially under level 50, giving almost zero stats

for example, at level 100, 31 ivs gives 31 stat points (the avaerage pokemon having 200~ in stats)

I stopped holding out hope for it. Good to know hes done ig. Such a shame, HG/SS was the first pokemon games I really played and the remakes were super good imo

If I can find what im talking about ill link it later. Essentially you use a static mon (like one youd recieve in a trade) and then preform specific EV training to rng manipulate
