By the end of the session you lean one way or another and then that character becomes an npc of corresponding power level later. Like DB’s medusa

That’s the biggest problem with system, it’s literally random chance whether your character is super good or dogshit at what they do

They just have you miss and maybe look a little dumb

Hitting your allies is bad enough, most DMs don’t do that with 1’s

I loved deadbones’ bandito so much I stole him for my D&d campaign

I thought that was pretty good

Later in season 3

Didn’t he make it so the more you rolled the harder it was to live

And since every session was a one shot it didn’t matter much

It made urealms unique to other ttrpgs

I kinda think the potential for crazy gamebreaking combos was neat

I guess I can see how that’d be overpowered with the shitty season 3 meta

The idea that you can roll shit like ageless and completely fuck up the campaign premise for the dm is so funny

Truly the cornerstone/attribute system really made the whole system for me
