that's great
oh that's so janky
So, the wiki is obviously gone and I know someone has a backup that would just be a pain to throw up. Is there a text dump in a mega anywhere per chance?
Plenty of people have recovered from that without murdering their psyche by needing to lay it back
yeah
Like
He could have just had a failed Kickstarter
I am as well
ahhhh didn't know lol
This is me harassing you again
Spooky Phijkchu
Yep, I'll remember to not forget
I genuinely believe Nader's would have completely crashed and burned if it actually got made
anyways what really murdered URealms was it's scope creep and the real honest belief he had that it would be easier to get people to watch 10 minute fully animated campaign summaries rather then tell people they can read a wiki
YOU ARE AN OLD GOD
BORN BEFORE THIS REALM WAS EVEN CREATED
YOU WILL CONTROL THE FABRIC OF THIS REALM FOR BUT A BRIEF MOMENT
CHOOSE CAREFULLY:
Do I pay Justin the same as the rest of the cast?
- 😆 3
lmao
it HAD to be someone truly random for people to buy into it
I think reversing it was the right call
People would be shitty to this day if a cast member won the first DD and call them rigged
because they're bad at coding
and yeah
Especially for the first one ever
Which I can agree with
It was a "cast and crew aren't supposed to vote at all" thing
sudo TPK
I was salty about Rob nixing Justin's divine decision choice for ages. I know Justin wasn't supposed to vote because he had a ton more voting power than anyone else, but Rob was the one who gave his account all that voting power. What's the point
Something I'm realizing to this day of my writing is how much URealms class design has rubbed off on me
It was mostly just voting and presenting random laws
Feels like he was barely there.
Yeah, Coestar really didn't shine in the second half.
counterpoint: lawyer shitposting was hilarious

Gobos was better than every single season 3 campaign
Yeah same, it had a lot of weird to it but it was very fun
Fandom obsession with philepe was genuinely hilarious
When philepe's not on screen, everyone should be asking: Where's philepe?
no, we have to go back to season 1 posting
philepe is the only good character
Both the ageless plot and "meta" plots became super fuckin bad over time
Like, Galen being one of the only actively enjoyable meta characters in the entire show, for his response being "y'all are fucked up what the hell"
Eh. It was compelling enough for its own reasons. Personally found enjoyment from specific characters and watching them evolve.
I am a bit of a disagree - I really enjoyed the Lyn Azveltara story. I liked the dissonance that came from "hahaha funny sexy anime campaign :)))" into "oh yeah these are assassin's and we're watching them brutally murder civilians"
The vote for War was annoying as hell and ruined what made the ageless as a faction intetesting
I genuinely lost any and all interest in the ageless plot post senate of deadlantis
Yeah that was my major building dislike
I completely forgot Yes King had 3 divine decisions
I cannot recall any details about Yes King to begin with so lmao
I still love so fucking much how Rob went "The anytimes and companion are the problem! The players have too much interaction and action economy on a turn. Gotta nerf that. Oh, and limiteds? Make em free actions. That won't have any adverse effects." and season 3 ended up being FAR more bullshit with free player actions
Yeah, he really needed to just plateau it. Early season 1 is insanely scuffed. Season 2 feels like a real TTRPG I'd love to play, same with season 3(Though 3 needs some tweaks, I much prefer season 2 anytimes and companions still)
Season 4 we got the one campaign and you could feel the agony in it lmao
Late URealms Live season 2&3 really were the sweet spot
Yeah
I never watched the OG cartoon.
This week was the first time I ever felt compelled to
lmfao
Like being told "don't watch my old shit I fuckig HATE you if you do" makes me morally justified in watching it
- Upvotee 1
There's something oddly rewarding in my heart to have the exact opposite experience with being able to seperate a shitty human being of an author from there work
Phijkchu_Pikachu
that was one of the worst "what the fuck is wrong with you Rob" comments
I have klutz, idiot
no fucking way the "Bopen is actually the sword!" theory fuckers were right
Just a fantastic comment and reply I still can't get over how deranged it is
"hey sorry about ur sibling I know that this formative piece of content meant a lot to you but shut the fuck up and never talk to me again unless you give me money"
