It's function is not specific to its day, and by moving the end of the week up a day, you shift the perceived value of the weekend forward, end every prior day then feels compressed as a result

See, my issue with the middle is it's like, at the beginning of the week I'm fully recahrged and ready to go, I work 2 days hard, then I start petering out by Wednesday, very tired Thursday, and Friday I have the weekend to look forward to, so I use my last reserves
