Well, first of all, if you carefully read the peertube server you were on, you'd notice that it is infact a private archive of a particular individual
private in the sense that the only thing that gets uploaded is the archive

I run the server, it really is just meant as an archive for Robert Moran's YouTube/Twitch videos
I don't feel comfortable about telling my age, but I'll just remind you I'm in high school

I'm not deleting anything on the backend, but it's not an instance that I'm publishing videos on for normal users
it was a community archival effort, like it says on the homepage

we've had a lot of users stumble across the instance, and want to get into using PeerTube
So now I want another instance that allows me to upload content
Mine is about YTP-styled gameplay videos

I think just looking for any peertube that allows public uploads would server your purpose
there were a few other instances I knew that were gameplay-centric ones
but that was a while ago, I agree with Pika, your best bet is to look for other large servers that allow general uploads

I'd check for any running version 7.0 or later, since those are likely the most active
