Family guy is a scourge on this earth but it's better than american dad
I like what I've seen of American Dad 15 years ago
no comment on modern things for any of these shows
The golden era of those types of shows was 15-20 years ago
My point is that during that "era" of 30 years, we had a higher precentage of good shit being released, more overly great bangers compared to 2010-2020. NOTHING HERE IMPLIES that 2010-2020 is worse AT ALL, infact I have some genuine favorites from this time frame, however I'm looking at it like I look at family guy, american dad, simpsons, etc, 2000s-2017 or so just had a higher precentage of good family guy, american dad, simpsons, etc, it was a peak in time IMO, there's been some episodes after that that are better sure, but there's MORE GOOD ONES, its a "golden age" per se
