I harp on the fact that magic is just his TwitchPlaysMinecraft mod from ~2016, with new AI art and repurposed spell effects
that's not a dig at it not being neat
but I don't know what people active in lom2 think about it really
the couple people I've asked were only very casual lom 2 players for the first month
it just seems like he spend a lot of time porting something that should have taken him ~1 week, that doesn't really add much to the server
other than memes about it being 2 weeks away etc. etc.
Sadly, can't really give much insight there. I dipped out when everything came to light this time around.

magic grinding was just as bad Max, to lvl up spells, you'd get quests to run to x,y coordinates on the map
