I was just browsing for another cosplay earlier today

Had an assumption day miracle happen today. I was in a line for the church's dinner when a kindly old lady not only insisted I take her spot in the line, but also the spot of 4 or 5 people infront of her. And somehow the people infront of her were all cool with it, although they were just as confused as I was. Like, I didn't know old ladies could do that. Just give other people different people's spots in lines.

It's like she ASSUMED everyone would be fine with me taking their spot.

Also me earlier in that line: "You know, I used to be at the front of this line". "What, did you just let others cut infront of you?" "Actually I'm hear for seconds". I left the mass as the closing music was playing and got to be the first served.

The line was almost as long as the lines for democracy sausages on election day.
