Spooky gave another valid reason to round to zero
Rusp did effectively have 0 internet speed
Speedtest usually would round up to 0.01
to make him feel better
honestly, I feel like if I see anyone round in engineering or Math, and they're not in upper level coursework
they're usually fucking up
Also second assignment in a row a guy has blatantly used GPT to try to do math in a hilariously obvious way
