"Hey, did you know that if you give detailed instruction you will be more likely to get the answer you are seeking?"

I think the only thing where ive been like, "I guess I hadn't really considered" was the thought that the "persona" of the AI can have different effects on the output of information

I had to sit through 5 hours of grad students making barely functional language model experiments. There was so much bad training data and hallucinations in outputs.

Did you get a Chinese name from the local students at your university? My friend who did a semester in Shanghai said that was one of his favorite parts.
No sadly not. Not here for language study im here for music so its just super intensive music study

apparently projecting from a sphere to a cylinder is area preserving, so this might be straightforward if computing the area of the projected 4-chord shape on the resulting plane isn't too difficult

Older guy at work calls me about a git issue, we start talking about the weekend, he casually brings up that when he was 6 his father backed over his 3 year old sister with a truck killing her.

About the same cousin again. In addition to the rent and food money we're giving him (I don't know what he's spending his centrelink money on), a couple weeks ago he asks for 140$ for a washing machine, since it had been raining a lot this month. Says his alternative his spending 10 dollars going to a professional drier place. Next week he comes to us for an additional 100 for his electricity bills. Says he only used the machine once.

Now my family has given my cousin so much money to pay for his debts and expenses that he has ended up going up a tax bracket, so Centrelink is cutting his unemployment benefits.

I don't think I am yet to have a TA who has been able to successfully grade code or pseudocode. If it is not automatic there is always some issue.

I definitely get being predisopsed to mark down stuff that you don't immediately recognize esp when a lot of the stuff you are getting is obviously BS or chatgpt

but it feels more to me like a lot of times it is just people who have gone through the motions forever without really learning stuff, probably more of a problem at these shitter schools i'm going to
