the season 3 -> season 4 change was just a downgrade in every way
ive not found many people who overall enjoy season 4 more

Isn't that pretty much what Rob has done with everything he's done Unforgotten Realms-related?
- Unforgotten Realms failed because he tried to make it "bigger and better" during season 2 on The Escapist, burnt himself out, it declined in quality, eventually The Escapist stopped paying him.
- Unforgotten Quest got full funding, was scheduled for two years, could've been done reasonably with the budget in about one year if he kept the scope of the game reasonable and realistic, not trying to be a AAA MMO-sized game world.

It's not linear though, a 1 bedroom might be 1500/month, with a 2 bedroom at 1900 (anywhere but Toronto lmao)
Probably some support from their parents as well, I'm expecting the idea was that they'd get a nice-ish apartment without knowing that they'd need to spend closer to 3k/month for one

In Virginia, a 1BR apartment would be close to 2k USD with walkable metro access
Often more if they're new construction
I'm sure cities are different, but I'd describe 15 minutes as being walkable
Which is part of why I think Metros are a stupid solution for commuting
