Really? He looks like his skin has aged 10 years to me. Not sure if this is due to the massive amount of makeup he wears, heavy stimulant use, excessive stress, or a combination.

It also looks like his hair is thinning/falling out, which could just be due to the lighting, and his eye sockets are sunken as deep as the abyss.

Generally I would say "Probably," but in this case it's more so that it's almost nightmare fuel-y to see him not looking like he's about to ram his face into a hard surface repeatedly.
