Rob is constantly talking about traits he doesn't like in people, while constantly talking about people > content. In this case, he's bitching about valuing "things" more than people.
If we make an analogue between "things" as he says in this picture and "content" as he always does with "people > content,", couldn't it be viewed that him constantly minimalizing people as a whole and bitching about specific traits in individuals as not valuing people, but individual "things" about people? Couldn't be analogous to him being content > people?
Being people > content just sounds like a shitty excuse to make lazy content
Both are equally important components to personality based content creation
