What rob means by a panic attack is, he was a bit sad/angry
so he did weed and listened to music
until he forgot about it
then he was mellow
mostly because of the weed
but he attributes it to the music

Found 2 things recently.
Desync (AI voice deepfake) : https://www.resemble.ai
and stumbbled across a video which shows how to get around the verbal confirmation for desync. since it uses it's own ai to validate the voice is actually the same person you can make use of a transcript to find all the words and build the audio your self to confirm "I Rob confirm to all of the above."
