It’s so interesting to think about how Urealms Live had probably the most interesting and ethical business model in terms of donations and yet Rob is in the place he is now where he simultaneously says content is bad and yet begs people for money and trys to swindle as much as he can out of them

Like, donating to your streamer not only helps them out but makes the show better in real time? That’s wild

I personally haven’t seen anything like that attempted before and it’s sad that it’s now wasted

Donating for events he can just decide not to use off a whim is not ethical

Also lying about the show being not scripted

I'd say based on how much time I've spent watching robs discord

we have more structured conversations that his server did

his servers post count is often a lot of smaller conversations

whereas we have smaller ones, and then 1-2 bigger ones

we also do shit in voice and in other discords/group chats a lot

if we count vcs

his server is more active vc wise

they almost always have a few people in vc

or did anyways

its usually the same 2-3 people though

I mean we don't have peoiple who sit in vc
