D&D, mostly. It's either from Reaper Miniatures(system agnostic, but rust monsters are mainly for D&D) of Wizards of the Coast, which is who makes D&D.

Thanks. Some grognards at the game shop when I was like 15, 16 would paint Warhammer or Warmachine minis in the store, basically be like "You can watch, just don't ask any questions til I'm done," so I'd watch while rolling up a D&D character or mapping a dungeon, get tips after they were done before they left, and try it at home. Most of the ones I think the rust monster is the best job I've done on a mini.
