I remember Hat Films did alittle bit, it wasn't too bad.

So it requires people interested in and good at RP in general, and not trying to fit a specific mold or being super fucking strict with their RP.

i imagine the main problem with gtarp would be

most people doing it just hoping their shit of it takes off

since other things of it have success

so not much genuine interest

I'd say that's probably it.

i don't think most of the ""RP experts"" sit down and pick GTA as their medium of choice

I think its probably that rp is not good

if you do rp for the sake of rp its cringe

I think lite rp that you'd naturally get whenever someone streams/plays a game for real

you have to do it for the sake of fun

I've told this story before, but in his patron chats He used to be asked what comedians were his role models, or who inspired his brand of comedy

And at first he played along, but then somewhere along the line he started resenting being a "comedian" as if that made the videos he produced less valuable

which is really ironic, because that is what gave his videos any value to begin with
