This actually isn't bad advice. I wouldn't be surprised if this person is just annoyed, but a lot of autistic people have sensory issues that can cause not only mental distress, but actual physical pain. For me, I get severe migraines from very bright light, to the point where often have to wear sunglasses if I'm even looking outside, from indoors, and not just when it's bright as fuck out. High-pitched noises also cause legitimate physical pain.

That having been said, if this were an issue for me, I would explain why it's an issue and ask politely, not REE about it.
