They're like, "So what, these are billion dollar corporations, they can afford the loss, even if people steal $499 worth of shit, leave, come back 10 minutes later, repeat over and over, #FuckCoroprations #ShopLocalThinkGlobal," and stick their head in the ground when they see small businesses shutting down left and right because the law doesn't protect them from people doing the same thing there and they DON'T have the money to withstand it.
