Replying to Spooky Phijkchu #spooky.131 I think the revisionist trans history thing is funny though
This is why I don't accept myself as a part of a "community." Gotta love when the "autistic community" claim so many historical figures as autistic, tens, hundreds, thousands of years before the diagnosis, with the only "autistic" traits being "genius and socially awkward".
how many autistic people are genius in the first place lmao
idk, being autistic seems like it would hinder your ability to become a genius
Like, no one here genuinely cares about Mint fisting a pig on that farm, falling through the ice, or losing a finger playing darts
it's funny to talk about
but idk if anyone really cares how you live your life
I care about it, mint you are not allowed to die
stop trying to die
First phijkchu death is gonna be awkward as fuck
if we find out anyways
realistically, some of the people who go forever inactive might be dead
everyone innactive was a covid death
I told my university friend to join this server and tell you guys if I ever die
someone call Biden and let him know

I'm actually diagnosed as autistic, and I don't claim to be a genius in the slightest, but learning some things is way easier than learning other things, and it can be very easy to become obsessed with one subject at a time, that can last for months or longer for me, but for some autistic people it can be for years or for a lifetime, so if it's something they can learn about easily and become obsessive about it for very long periods of time, they could very well end up well-educated in one area.
Maybe the issue I have with that is
There is a difference between being knowledgable
and being a genius
I can agree that autistic people can learn a lot of things
I don't think that implies being a genius
everyone's got a different definition of being "smart"
there are also degrees of autism
like, I know someone who had a kid who couldn't talk, and was a full-on vegetable
I think the closest to the autistic genius I can think
is those weird mathmaticians
who live as hermits
like the guy who solved that millenium problem, then quit academia to go live with his mother

Another reason I can't stand the "autistic community," they basically ignore anyone who's "low-functioning," even saying "functioning" labels are "ableist"
to me, that's what "autism" is
arguing over people being high-functioning or savants or whatever is within a standard deviation of the median anyway
Like, you're socially awkward but can recite pi to 2600 places right out of your head? Great, what does that have to do with the 30 year old woman that can't communicate almost at all, kicks holes in the wall for no reason, and still wears a diaper because she can't understand how to use a toilet?
yeah
I think we all know labels are imperfect
and they're just easy
I can do like 5 or 6
it really doesn't matter
it is even more meaningless than most knowledge
Replying to Phijkchu_Pikachu #klombak I told my university friend to join this server and tell you guys if I ever die
see I made like an elaborate social puzzle, gave a bunch of people different clues that they are only allowed to tell others of once I die
we should all set up a deadmans switch of sorts
if you do not press it every 6 months, it will post that we are dead and full dox ourselves to the server
Kappa
neither will rusp
he is always 7 years away from death after all
