chopping up videos into smaller episodes is more content than just dropping a full length video on youtube

because each of those videos would get more views overall rather than the single long video

chopping up a urealms game in 12 minute episodes makes no sense

the new realms campaign dropped half its viewers between episode 0 and 1

although there is a week difference

but most views come in the first week of a video iirc
