I was so sad when they killed it as a kid

thought we were never gonna get an end with that show

loved asoka as a character and all that

I think I still have all the dvds still somewhere at my mom's place

I saw some of the first season as a kid and disliked it

Ahsoka is garbage

I watched all of it

no interest in doing so again

Ahsoka was made to be a dislikable character in the start but she later become a great character

well that's rare, a conversation in rob/star wars chat that's actually about both, at the same time

I've heard from efap and such that ahsoka felt a bit forced the whole way through, like the writers had too much of a fixation were her character

All the clone trooper stuff I've seen looked pretty interesting though

the clone trooper arcs were the standout parts of the show

thats for sure

It also at times felt aggressively non-canon

There's no fucking way this fits in between movies 2 and 3

yeah it plays a little lose with the timeline of events

in its defense, the show is not in chronological order

so some characters are doing things while other characters are doing other things you see in a different set of episodes

But having ahsoka survive felt like a bad choice

yeah

it was totally a retcon

for sure

they wanted to have anakin have a sidekick

but the end result was set in stone

so they kind of just brush it aside
