There is nothing wrong crying as an adult. I hated growing up with the idea that a man shouldn't cry. You ever meet one of these "men" who don't cry? A lot of them are void of emotional control and so when they get upset it comes out as anger instead. That's a weakness.

2/ Like imagine playing a video game and you don't level a stat because the newbs higher level then you say that stat is garbage when they have never bothered to even level it up and see how it can even help them as an adult. Min/Max your life and go for a cry for release bro
