Every store I go to advertises their prices once a week, and that is the price it stays that week

and other than sales, I have not noticed prices change much week over week

we have weekly mailers too, but prices definitely change day-to-day, even the non-dynamic priced places

they are always fast enough, and with enough available, that there is never a line, and if there is a wait it is usually a minute at most
