I am familiar with most of the names on this list, but there are only six or so names that I would have hoped for.
Which is not unique to him whatsoever. URealms would have gotten bigger (imo) had it remained more occasional and of friends having fun. It needed to not become a more staged showing. More spacing than it had. No pivoting into the big animacs. But just a focus on fun. I know stuff becomes about money overtime, but if it had longer to gestate as guys having fun or shooting the shit I think it'd have had a healtheir basis of support.
But such a project once it grows needs management. It isn't all on Rob, but the shift off of it just fundamentally being fun to being an entertainment product killed it.
the covid break he did from normal streams too, was wild to me

but yeah, he killed Urealms momentum 3 times I'd say
1) Seasonal break model he established after S1
2) Move from Twitch to his own website embed for S2
4) Not picking S4 back up after his mental breakdown

on top of the issues with cast, dealing with cannon, scripting, campaign whiplash, new viewer onboarding, no direction for side-stories/deadrealms, lack of recaps, lack of clips, budget bloat, etc.
