I am going to be honest, this document is much less well written (hard to blame the author, probably way more emotional) than the actual doc, so I think it was a good idea it was not publically apart of it
the initial document was really solid, this one is harder to follow
unless I am being confused because there is 2 events. How many people did rorman groom?
